AXLES:  Quality Dexter^® axles are standard on all CornPro Trailers. We use only Dexter axles and replacement parts are readily available – from brake parts to replacement components and everything in between. Each trailer carries the axle manufacturer’s factory warranty along with our overall trailer warranty.

TIRES: Tires are where our quality touches the road. Quality radial tires are standard with every trailer. Each trailer carries the tire manufacturer’s factory warranty along with our overall trailer warranty.

 

WARRANTY: CORNELIUS MANUFACTURING, INC. unconditionally warrants each new Cornelius Manufacturing, Inc. product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months, normal wear and tear of products accepted. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the new Cornelius Manufacturing, Inc. product to the original purchaser. The warranty applies to all new Cornelius Manufacturing, Inc. equipment that has not been altered and is being used for its intended purpose within the stated GVW. Tires, axle assemblies and brake assemblies on Cornelius Manufacturing, Inc. equipment are warrantied through their respective manufacturers and their network of dealers in your local area. Under this warranty, we shall, at our option, repair and replace, free of charge, to the purchaser, any defects in part or parts. The part or parts must be returned within thirty (30) days from date of failure to Cornelius Manufacturing, Inc. through the dealer from whom the purchase was made. This

warranty shall not be interpreted to render us liable for injury or damages of any kind or nature, direct, consequential, or contingent, to person or property. This warranty does not extend to loss of crops, loss because of delay in harvesting or any expenses or loss incurred for labor, supplies, substitute machinery, rental or for any other reason. This warranty is subject to any existing conditions of supply which may directly affect our ability to obtain materials or manufacture replacement parts. Cornelius Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design or changes in specifications at any time, without incurring any obligation to owners of units previously sold. No one is authorized to alter, modify, or enlarge this warranty nor its exclusions, limitations or reservations.
